The food is really bad. Pizza straight from microwave, drinks were pretty but disgustingly over-sweet, so even kids couldn’t drink them.

Service is bad. Instead of welcome, First thing they tell you is there is minimum price each person has to spend. No reimbursement for returned food or drinks. No apology. Mandatory service payment+credit card extra.
For anyone that is used to Thailand hospitality, tastes, prices - this place is just a shockingly bad.
