What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors generally have a positive and exciting experience at Bangla Boxing Stadium, praising the intensity of the Muay Thai and MMA fights, with some bouts being highlights of their trip. The atmosphere is electric, and the venue is surprisingly comfortable despite lacking air conditioning. While some find the VIP experience less valuable than general seating, the overall entertainment value is high, making it a recommended night out in Patong.
"The fightings were fun. A cool experience for me and my wife (we have never seen MuayThai boxing before). I really like seeing all the traditional rituals before, during, and after each match. The tradition love music played during the flight was also really really cool and engaging. The checkin process was easy and seamless. Staffs are nice (didn’t wear uniform). My only complaint is the MC. His accent was hard to understand and he didn’t even bother to speak to the audience. All he cared about was to look good on the camera. I felt the atmosphere was greatly compromised by this. Very off putting for me. Would have been a 5-star if not for this."

"Amazing experience. The energy was 10/10 and was really great seeing all the different fights.
I don't think you should pay for t-shirt package when booking online, as they hand out free t-shirts to everyone anyways."

"Went for a Muay Thai event last night and my son and I had a good time.
Even though there are not aircon, the place is well ventilated and you do not feel the heat much.
We bought some VIP tickets for 1,900 baht each with a free t shirt which seems to be of a great quality.
We actually were seated on the very first row and although I thought it might be too closed, it was great!
The event started on time, it is well organized and we really enjoyed it very much.
Some of the fights are very unfair in terms of fighting experience between fighters but I guess it is how fighters learn (hard way).
They have people selling drinks from sodas to beers non-stop so don't worry about that part. They even sell popcorn.
We will definitely come back as it was very fun!"
