"Ok, where to start with this place, NOT a good experience. Watched The Running Man in Cinema 2, Thursday 20/11 8pm show. The tall male usher (ticket tearer) needs a crash course on customer service because he’s rude as hell. So we proceed into cinema and it’s like being in a freezer. Nice big screen, BUT it’s covered in gunk that looks like mould and I suspect it is mould, because the cinema smells terrible and the black roof tiles appear covered in a white dust and that definitely IS mould. Not a healthy place to be. Then the movie starts after 28 minutes (!) of ads and trailers and it’s seemed to us they turned the air con temp down even lower! Guys, set it at 23 degrees, not 18!
This place would be a third-rate cinema in almost any western country. Time to lift your game, SF! Start by getting a moisture expert in to take care of the mould and smell problem."
