"The place is dead. Might have been lively at one time. Now, it is Just full of old and tired looking massage places. Very few shops open, and only a few restaurants. No food market. I feel bad for the vendors in here. They don't get any foot traffic. The centre street has a colourful tree and it had young guys sitting outside for massage. Might be for those wanting gay fun? Enjoy of you like that."

Although there are always people around and you basically have nothing to worry about, it just may seem that way.
