"We visited this place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Overall, the experience itself was fun, but unfortunately, the staff’s behavior left a negative impression.
After our group paid for entry, we were handed helmets and then informed that a 20-minute safety check would be conducted. The staff asked us to remove our helmets and wait, which was fine, but the communication could have been clearer.
When the safety check was over and we received our helmets again, I was given a size “L” even though I needed a smaller one. When I asked to exchange it, I was told there were no smaller sizes left. However, when my husband questioned this and asked about safety, they were suddenly able to find one that fit.
Additionally, one of the staff members who initially said there were no helmets available commented to his colleague that he “just wants to go home,” which came across as unprofessional and dismissive."
