For example, after paying my bill, I was left standing at the counter only to realise later that my change and receipt had just been left by the till, no eye contact, no communication, nothing. The staff member simply carried on with what they were doing. That’s just one instance, but my friends who came with me on my second visit experienced the same lack of attentiveness.
It’s a real shame because, again, the food is incredible. If the service matched the quality of the food, this place would be unbeatable."
