"The time and day I went, very quiet. A few stall there selling dried fish and confectionery.
I didn't see a shop selling beverages"

"If you are in Phibun Mangsahan, visit this place for nice evening fun with family. Nice surroundings, beautiful river view, mouth licking Thai snacks and few souvenir shops.
River water level depends on season. There is a beautiful and colourful Chinese temple nearby.
We had a wonderful experience here. It suddenly started raining and back home when there is first rain of the season, we have piping hot roasted corn spices with salt n lemon. There was corn for sale but boiled one with sugar. I thought to give it a try. With limited knowledge of Phasha Thai, tried to explain and finally was able to pronounce 'Klua' the correct way. The other meaning of Klua- Fear, (due to my wrong pronounciation) created confusion for a while. The lady got a salt packet and a lemon, especially for us, followed the instructions and prepared the roasted corn. She refused to take any tip for the extra efforts. And in foreign land, it was 'Aroy mak'"

"Beautiful breeze off the water in the afternoon we went there in February and the water level was higher than expected. Looking forward to to seeing more in festival season"
