Visitors consistently praise Sinbi Muay Thai for its authentic training, skilled instructors, and welcoming atmosphere. The intensity of the sessions is a highlight for those seeking a serious fitness challenge, and the Saturday night fights are a must-do experience. "I always get butterflies going into a new gym, but I felt the warm Thai welcome as soon as I arrived to Sinbi. My Muay Thai gym in Western Australia (Primal) had a group come over and train, so with their recommendation, I knew it had to be good. The group classes are really well structured, making the two hours fly by. It’s a big gym with a number of people, yet I never felt lost in the crowd, so to speak. I had a couple of 1-1 sessions and I learnt so much with the Kru’s. Sinbi also hold fights on Saturday nights at their stadium. You HAVE TO DO THIS! It was so much fun!! I’d definitely come back to train again at Sinbi!"

"This is a review of my experience with Sinbi. I haven't trained at other gyms, so I don't have any comparisons to make about the training. The first day is a bit confusing because you don't receive any specific instructions on how the program operates. The gym is very busy, but they are very good at identifying the new people. Just go up on the gym floor and they will find you when the session begins. When the bell rings, just follow along with everyone else. After a few sessions you will understand the methods for the madness... their system works quite well. They have a lot of instructors. Some you will bond with if you stay for any length of time. I was very comfortable there. They push you, but within your level of abilities. I'm older and not as in shape or flexible as the younger crowd. There were even some rather large people there. Everyone seems to find their place. You will certainly get out of it what you put into it. If you work hard at your level of fitness, they will support you. Keep a positive attitude and you will develop a relationship with certain trainers. It's a job for them and they seek out those that are working hard. I witnessed some people who might have been just trying out muay thai. Maybe only a few sessions. Maybe not dedicated or as serious as most people who attend the sessions. The trainers push and do their best to motivate everyone, even the slackers. But no one has a bad attitude about it. They are not drill sergeants. I spent 4 weeks mostly twice a day, but I was also weight training. The days that I was lifting, I only attended once a day. Twice a day is intense unless you are already in decent physical shape. It was a wonderful experience for me. I will return again soon and do it again. I already miss it..."

"Clean, open, and beautiful gym! Plenty of bags and three rings in the middle providing plenty of space for multiple one on ones at a time. I did a three hour one-on-one that I booked a day in advanced, and I felt like I learned more in those three hours than I did in a couple of years at an MMA gym. The trainers/coaches are very technical and practical, yet still keep the fun in training. Will definitely go here again for more one-on-one."
