"This is supposed to be a place for children, but the area under the trampolines is so dirty that I honestly don’t want to bring my kids here. There is debris and trash everywhere, and it feels completely neglected. It’s unsafe and unhygienic — and children are breathing all this in. Dear management, please take action and clean up the area — children deserve a safe and clean environment to play in."

"Cheating you for the all day pass, atleast 3 of the staff will push you and kick you if you throw a ball at them. and never try to take out all the foam from the foam pit unless you want to get beat up by the staff.Never mess with the guy in the photo, i couldnt take a clear picture because he is mean and wont let phones near him."
