Pai has a fascinating night market where you may find a wide range of items at various rates. Food, odd souvenirs, handcrafted crafts, hill tribe and local vendors, you name it, it’s there. It’s filled with young individuals attempting to travel back in time to live in the 1960s, which is entertaining to see. Find a charming little eatery along the way, observe the passers-by, and capture some une...

"Best part of Pai in my opinion.
Come hungry because we had a hard time choosing what do we prefer trying and just shared a bunch of things! Best mango sticky rice I ever had."

"Pai Walking Street night market was one of my favorite experiences in Pai. Every evening the town completely transforms, and the main street fills with lights, music, and the most delicious aromas. Walking through, I felt the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation.

The food was definitely a highlight for me. I tried several different street stalls and everything was both tasty and affordable. From Thai classics like pad thai and khao soi to fresh fruit smoothies and even a few international options, there was always something new to try each night. I also enjoyed the vegetarian choices, which made it easy to eat lighter when I wanted.

What made the night market special was the atmosphere. Street musicians played live music in the background, creating such a warm and welcoming vibe. I loved stopping to listen while enjoying my food. The cool mountain climate made walking around really pleasant, even when the street was busy.

Beyond food, there are small shops selling handicrafts, clothes, and souvenirs, and I found a few unique items to take home. The prices everywhere felt very fair.

Overall, Pai Walking Street felt like the heart of the town. It’s lively, fun, affordable, and full of charm. I would definitely come back again."

"This is just too cosy & incredible!

We were here in rainy season and it was perfect, some people but not crazy busy.

Apparently it’s crazy during high season, but can’t judge that lol"
