"The resort is beautiful, well-organized, and overall a pleasant place to stay. However, some of the furniture feels a bit old, and half of the villa only has a fan instead of full air conditioning. The private pool is nice, but being partly outdoors means mosquitoes and insects can come in – though they provide a mosquito protection device which helps a lot.
The hot water in the room was excellent, and during my stay I didn’t face any issues with insects other than a few mosquitoes.
The services were excellent, hospitality was outstanding, and breakfast was acceptable and nice. The warm welcome they provide is truly number one.
What really makes the experience special is the staff – I would give them 10/10.
