"All aspects were excellent. The room was tidied twice a day and the coffee bar amenities were checked and always refilled twice ,I really appreciate this because I love cleanliness and neatness.

What I loved the most was the butler service ,the response was incredibly fast. Any delivery or package for me was immediately brought to the room without me having to ask. So impressive!
The access to BTS Ratchadamri is hassle-free, no getting wet when it rains because you can go straight down and enter the hotel!
And the most memorable part was when I was about to go to the airport. I had to cancel my online taxi because the car that arrived didn’t match what was shown in the app. Since I was already running late, the concierge stepped in to help, arranged a driver who arrived at St. Regis in just 5 minutes, and the fare was great, already including the toll. I didn’t end up being late for my flight.

"We had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Bangkok. The Duty Manger, JoJo, and his staff were very helpful and always made sure we felt comfortable. The butler service was available whenever we needed assistance and even left thoughtful handwritten notes along with fresh fruit and treats in our room, which really made us feel cared for. Housekeeping also kept everything very clean and welcoming.
Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and beautifully designed, with a lovely view of the golf club. The spa was excellent — we especially enjoyed a relaxing massage after our flight.
Breakfast was another highlight. Deciia, who looked after us each morning, was attentive and made the start of each day a pleasure. There was a wide selection of delicious options at the buffet.
The location is also ideal, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.
Overall, the combination of attentive service, thoughtful details, and beautiful surroundings made this a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend!"
