"Excellent gym! Really helpful coaches who will go out if their way to help you improve your technique and drills! I was training twice a day for a week and can’t recommend it enough! It’s clean and spacious and you train among superstars! Very friendly atmosphere and the areas are well ventilated! Only con is it’s quite far from the centre so if you’re there to train ideally book the camps accommodation which I will do next time! I’d love to see a class with more advanced students and harder sparring for those who want to start getting in the ring themselves 💕 otherwise the group class is superbly well structured from stretching and warming up, then shadowboxing, to the coach and bag drills to sparring and it truly welcomes all levels! ☺️"
