"I rent with them around 4 times and once in Chiang Mai. Usually order on website and use promotions and ask to deliver car by LINE. Motorbike bumped in us once - insurance covered that hole in a bumper. Car delivery/pick up from condo is always on time.
There was bad experience with delivery fee. Its free when rent for 3 days and condo is not far from main office. In LINE they told me to pay 800thb for that service, by phone to my thai friend they told to pay 400thb. I dont understand why. Try both ways xD"
