For example, our water glasses were empty for quite a while without being refilled, and after we finished our drinks, no one came by to ask if we wanted to order anything else. The main course was delicious, but the side dish—the mashed potatoes—was unfortunately a bit cold.
When the coffee was served, the spoon looked dirty or already used, which wasn’t very pleasant. Considering the price level, I expected a little more attention to these details.

"It was the BEST Vertigo experience i ever had! The view was spectacular plus the service during our dinner was first class. I ordered mushroom soup for my starter and it was served nicely by pouring the soup on the bowl of cream. It was however not as hot as I expected it but lukewarm. It was followed by my main course of tiger prawns which was also warm. I’m not sure if it was also because we were seated outside on the highest point of the building that it is not easy to maintain it’s appropriate food temperature. Anyway Service was excellent! The part when they gave us a souvenir photo was noteworthy."
