"I am a local resident and visited yesterday around noon with my boyfriend, who is a foreigner. At the ticket counter, there was no information provided that one section of the site would not be accessible until 1:00 p.m. Once inside, the security staff addressed tourists in an impolite manner, telling everyone they could not enter until 1:00 p.m. because students had priority.
I fully understand if there are rules or schedules to follow, but it would be greatly appreciated if visitors were informed of this before purchasing tickets, or if staff could communicate the information more courteously.
