"I came here because friends recommended me this place.
It’s my first time to do yoga in CNX and I did enjoy it. Just note that you need to book through WhatsApp in advance. (But actually now that I think about it, the booking system is just based on trust) then you pay cash when you arrive. (400 THB for my yin + sound bath class)
I did a yin yoga + sound bath class which was great. The teacher was very encouraging and gave out good vibes. The class that I did was very beginner friendly. Anyone can do it. But I did hear friends say that some classes could be quite advanced.
Before you go in for the class, they would ask you to clean your hands and feet.
Overall, I enjoyed the class. When I decided to come again, the class was full already so it was a shame. So better book in advance."

The 'Play Yoga' Philosophy
This approach fosters a welcoming and non-intimidating environment. It's about the journey of movement and self-discovery, rather than achieving perfect poses. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying your first class, the 'play yoga' ethos invites you to connect with your practice in a more relaxed and authentic way.

They aim to create a space where you feel comfortable experimenting, breathing, and simply enjoying the process of yoga. It’s a refreshing perspective that resonates with many visitors seeking a more holistic and joyful yoga experience.
Experiencing Yin Yoga with Sound Healing
The addition of sound healing elevates this practice to a deeply meditative state. The combination of gentle stretching and immersive soundscapes creates a powerful therapeutic effect.
