Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about Sa Nang Manora Forest Park for its natural beauty, free entry, and well-maintained facilities. It's praised as a tranquil escape with refreshing waterfalls and an easy nature trail. Some note that heavy rains can impact accessibility and swimming conditions.

"The Sa Nang Manora Forest Park and Waterfall is in my opinion a must-visit place if you enjoy nature and tranquility. The place is extremely well kept and the rangers are helpful and friendly. Entry to the park is FREE, there are clean public toilets, there's ample parking space and bins to dispose of thrash. There are also several seating areas in the park where you can sit down and chill for a while. Swimming in the waterfall and pools (with fish!) is allowed and the water is refreshing and cool. There's a trail through the park that's easy to follow and not strenuous at all. There are beautiful BIG trees, bamboo, ferns and other tropical plants and there are butterflies, lizards, birds and other creatures to be seen.
The waterfall is small but very scenic and gently flowing down into many small pools.
Pets are not allowed in the park. There was a small shop selling snacks, drinks and noodles when I was there. I stayed in the park for about an hour and a half and really enjoyed it. I'll be back for sure!!"

"The trail was overgrown, very difficult and hard to find your way. We had to wade streams, climb slippery rocks and push through scratchy vegetation.bee thought we were lost as the trail seemed to end and had to retrace our steps several times. It took us hours. Someone should maintain the paths with the 200 Baht entry fee."

"Sa Nang Manora Forest Park is only a 15 minute drive from central Phang Nga Town.  Located just off Highway 4, it's a perfect stop off on the way to or from Dragon Cave Temple.
It's a must visit if you enjoy nature and tranquility.  The park is extremely well kept by the Rangers and entrance is free.  Dogs are not permitted in the park.
There are several tables around the park for picnics.  There's an easy to follow 2Km nature trail through the park and it is permitted to swim in the waterfall pools.
There is ample free parking, toilets and kiosks selling drinks and snacks."
