Toddlers in swim diapers are more than welcome in the play area but there is a height limit to go down the slides. I wasn't allowed to take my two-year-old on my lap down the slide. This isn't a roller coaster.
The large buckets of water might be a bit much for some Littles but older kiddos might love the sudden downpour."

They allow parents to go down the slides with kids (no shoes allowed of course). Slides have soft sides. If you’ve got toddlers on a Royal cruise this is the place to go - basically the gold standard for splash pads. There is no area for swimming at this specific spot but the oasis lagoon is right up the path and has a shallow area to play in if they want a pool."
