"I had a frustrating experience at Potters Cay Dock with the crew of the boat Knox. I asked the workers what time the boat would be leaving, and based on the time they gave me, I returned only to find out the boat had long left.
Whether it was a mistake or a misunderstanding, it caused me to miss the trip entirely. There's absolutely no excuse for this kind of misinformation. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic communication and reliability. Either the workers didn't know what they were talking about or simply didn't care enough to give accurate information. In either case, it's unacceptable.
If this is how they treat people who are trying to support their business, I won't be returning and I'd strongly advise others to be cautious before relying on anything the crew says."
