"The coffee is strong and dark chocolate-like. It's really delicious. The atmosphere is unlike anything you'd find in East Timor. But there's a strange system. They don't accept credit cards, only bank transfers or cash. Plus, for $40, they only give you one shopping bag. Even if you spend $100, they only give you one. So, you have to ask them to split the bill. For $100, they might give you two, but they don't.
