"It was a wonderful day when I was here and the market was super busy. As with a lot of sites, as soon as people recognize a foreigner the questions start and then the photographs and then the WhatsApp number exchange and the next thing you have six new friends. But the canyon was great and well worth a look at where Luke got attacked by the sand people."

"Scenery and landscape is beautiful.
Just be aware, when we entered the canyon there was one apparently local guy watching us from above and later we stumbled upon three more inside. We went past them and when we turned around to leave, they obviously set up to "ambush" us but it seemed like they reconsidered and let us pass. We, in this case, is two young fit men. And there was a German we met outside at the parking lot, which the local on top of the canyon observed us talking to.
Be careful when you are alone or fall into a more vulnerable category of tourist."
