I got my ticket at museum, which was closed for renovation, for 12 denars, that covers all the sites. The neighborhood is nice and pleasant to walk, but better to have a private transportation to ferry you among the sites.
If you are coming from Tunis, beware that the train is not running and public bus 347 is very crowded and does really run on time."
