The route was fun and scenic, perfect for a little adventure. Everything went smoothly from booking to return. We were physically threatened by the staff, which is why we called the police — who, unbelievably, spoke to them first and reviewed the only camera that didn’t show the incident, ignoring the three that did.
You pay €200, get forced into a strict schedule, wait for hours, and when you ask for refund, they refuse and become aggressive.
One of the most unprofessional and disturbing experiences we’ve ever had.
