What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Beldibi Beach Hotel receives consistently negative reviews, with guests citing poor service, bland and repetitive food, and a lack of expected amenities for a 4-star property. While some acknowledge its budget-friendly potential in the low season and its convenient location, the overall experience is often described as disappointing and not recommended for a relaxing vacation.
"I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is a complete disaster!
The staff was very rude; no one even smiled. The food was the same every day and bland."
Mikołaj
"A terrible place. Do not choose it if you don’t want to ruin your vacation. The hotel hides behind a 4-star rating, but in reality, it’s barely 2 stars at best.
Right upon arrival, you’re greeted with a scam: pay €30 if you want to get into your room earlier, since check-in is only from 14:00. If you arrive earlier and don’t want to pay, you’re treated like a vagrant loitering with your luggage at reception — they won’t even let you pour yourself water without the wristband. We arrived at 9 a.m. and had to give in to the scam…
There is also no free Wi-Fi, which in 2025 is downright pathetic for a hotel. One day of Wi-Fi costs $7!
During the whole week we stayed there, the room was cleaned only once. You have to fight for hot food, as people don’t queue and nobody organizes them, and the food itself is mostly pre-made, with salads left over from, for example, lunch to dinner. It’s not “all inclusive” but more like “all conclusive.” Drinks are the cheapest beer and the worst wine with a vinegar taste, served in small 0.25L plastic cups — and they don’t even fill them up.
The air conditioning in the room works whenever it wants — it turns off randomly, ignores all settings, and there’s nothing you can do. I would wake up at 4 a.m. drenched in sweat because, for some reason, the AC would shut off. And even when it was on, although it was set to 18°C, it felt more like 22°C.
The staff are all grumpy and tense — understandable since they work from early morning until late at night — but unfortunately, they pass that unpleasant attitude on to guests. There was no animator or any entertainment at all, while all the nearby hotels (you could see from the balcony) were lively and buzzing. Belbidi Beach Hotel offered nothing of the sort.
The beach is completely neglected: dirty loungers, no sand, just grimy grey fine gravel littered with cigarette butts. The water was full of trash — among it, right next to us, floated a torn condom.
The hotel pool is very small and closes at 9:30 p.m.
On the last day of our stay, there was no hot water for showering, so we had to wash in ice-cold water. It’s ridiculous to have nowhere to take a proper shower when it’s 40°C outside.
Don’t be fooled, people — avoid this hotel. There is nothing close to 4 stars here."

"Hottel from hell. I have never experienced anything so terrible. Dirt, smell. The air conditioner in the room did not work - in July! I asked several times to repair it or give me another room. The staff is unresponsive. I suffered for three nights, only after contacting the tour operator, they changed rooms, which were a gram better. I chose this hotel because I was only staying overnight. The rest of the time I travel around cities, I can't imagine how you can relax there if you stay in the hotel area."

Understanding the Beldibi Beach Hotel Experience
Beyond the dining hall, the hotel's facilities also receive mixed reviews. The air conditioning in rooms can be unreliable, shutting off unexpectedly, which is particularly problematic during warmer months. The beach area is described as neglected, with gravelly shores, dirty loungers, and occasional debris, a stark contrast to the pristine beaches often associated with Turkish resorts.
Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's location is often cited as a positive. It's close to the sea and within walking distance of local markets like Omar Market, offering convenience for guests who wish to explore or purchase necessities. For those seeking a very budget-conscious stay, especially in the low season, it might serve as a functional, albeit basic, accommodation.
Exploring the Beldibi Coastline
Nearby, hidden coves like 'Gizli Koy' (Hidden Cove) are praised for their stunning blue waters and dramatic rocky surroundings. These less-developed spots offer a more secluded and picturesque experience, ideal for photography and enjoying the Mediterranean scenery.
For those looking to venture out, the town is well-connected by local transport to Kemer and Antalya, allowing for day trips to explore further afield. The presence of local markets, such as Omar Market, provides a glimpse into local life and offers convenient access to supplies and souvenirs.
