What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Heybeli Thermal Springs offers a budget-friendly thermal experience with standout private villa bathrooms featuring unlimited hot water. While the value is praised, some visitors have encountered issues with unclear access fees between indoor and outdoor areas and occasionally rude staff. The facility is generally clean, and the on-site dining is affordable.
"The service here is so bad I will never come back to this location. I literally feel scammed. There is an outdoor and indoor place which is connected trough a room where you have to pay. I already paid for the outdoor pools and then needed to pay again so I could go indoor. Honestly this part is actually kinda understandable but later I was tired from the indoor place cuz it’s very crowded but they didn’t let us trough if we didn’t pay AGAIN. I already paid for both tickets: indoor and outdoor but they didn’t let us trough. The staff was also very rude and the whole thing wasn’t worth the money!!"
