"This is our fifth visit to this hotel and we recognize a lot of other guests from previous years.
Before last summer the pool area was renovated, this time the lobby area.
You can see some signs, political and other internal problems, reflecting to some minor things in the hotel, a bit of staff reducing, turkish nights are not as in the previous years etc... but not of that afflected our vacation.
All the staff, including very young ones are very proffessional and we had a great vacation. I do not want to spend time writing about turkish AI food etc, I just want to say that the people who work there for 14h, 6 days a week are great and deserve ur respect for making our vacation great.

"A non-smoking hotel full of ashtrays. The "no smoking" signs in the hotel are a joke when people smoke on balconies, terraces, during meals, by the pool, at the bar, and on the beach... really disgusting. The claim that the hotel is family-friendly is quite bold when no reasonable parent would want to expose their children to constant cigarette smoke. Most of the staff, unfortunately, don't speak English, not even numbers, but they are almost professionals in German. The older waiters spend most of their time running to German tables where they expect tips instead of serving all the tables. The drink selection in the all-inclusive package was weaker compared to other hotels we've been to. The food was excellent, with a varied selection and plenty of everything. The beach is sandy with plenty of sunbeds, and the guy in charge of the sunbeds deserves praise. The rooms are small, but considering the minimal time we spent there, it doesn't matter. The hotel is literally geared towards Germans; it's a pity the travel agency didn't mention that. The animation team and evening shows are top-notch. Overall, I rate the holiday positively, so 4/5."

"First: the holiday here is ok. But there are certain things, you just cannot ignore. We came here after a very long trip: plane delay, shuttle delay, everything. And the people at the reception abused our situation. We ordered a hotel with balcony and seaside. And we are two parties, and according to our provider check24, we would get rooms next to next, because of small child’s. And what did we get? I will try to add photos. Our rooms are not seaside, but rather in the back of the hotel. Probably 1% of the view is the sea. The rooms are lousy. And we didn’t get back to back. And at the reception they were just laughing at us. Really really annoying. The rooms are right above the service street. People working late at night and early in the morning. We hear everything. Our child can’t sleep. And all this is just not ok. And there are certain other things you have to know. One cocktail included in all inclusive (what we knew before). If you want to change towels, you have to pay. Certain things in the restaurant you have to pay separately!!! What kind of all inclusive is this. I am really to sorry to post all this, because the hotel looks good. I guess that a lot of rooms are beautiful. The pool landscape is beautiful. The Mediterranean Sea here is nice. With soft sand. And many places to lay down. The service people are very gentle. And what you get to eat is tasty. So it appears to be, that it’s the hotel manager. It’s a pity. It could have been worth 4-5 stars… But abusing our situation… no words…."
