"Halk Beach — it’s the main city beach and honestly just super lovely! The water is super clean and clear, and it’s a favorite spot for both locals and visitors.
There’s a nice green area with trees where local people bring their own chairs and just relax, chat, or have a snack. The entrance to the sea is really comfortable — the pebbles are much smaller than on other beaches, so it’s easy to walk in.
You’ve got all the conveniences: sunbeds with umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, and two cafés. One is right by the water, perfect for grabbing a coffee or a snack while you sunbathe. The other one is bigger, more like a restaurant, with a wider choice of food if you want to have a proper lunch. On top of that, you can get ice cream just steps away from the sea — super nice on a hot day! 🍦
Plus, if you don’t want to rent a sunbed, you can totally just bring your towel and enjoy the beach for free.
A couple more things: it’s a city beach, so it has official hours (usually open until 8 pm), and then the gates close at night. Oh, and if you’re walking there, about 200 meters before the beach, you’ll see a little wooden gate — that’s the entrance to a women-only beach."

"We've been here twice now and absolutely loved this area - really lovely to swim and sunbathe. Waters are calm so it's perfect for kids. It is a pebble beach so make sure to use appropriate aquatic footwear or be prepared to bear some foot reflexology before entering the sea 🤣 We paid 450TL for 2 loungers and an umbrella, which is a fair price. The restaurant had reasonable prices for food and drinks too. Highly recommend!"

"I really like this beach. The sea is clean and very refreshing. The beach is not sand but small pebbles. The sea gets deep very quickly. Its quite clean and there are some bins. There is a wooden decking shaded area and some grass area with trees for shade. There are cold showers and small changing huts. The toilets are OK and clean. The little restaurant sells nice coffee and there is a terrace to admire the sea views. The mountain back drop to this beach is beautiful. Plenty of free parking. Opens at 9 am and gates locked at 7 pm.
