"I went to this store on 27Oct 2024 around 21:20pm and bought a few items, i put my passport and card together on the counter for tax refund and payment. The cashier just made the transaction without fill up my tax refund details. Once i saw the receipt without the tax refund i asked her why there is no tax refund and she told me because i dont tell her. But obviously i put my credit card and passport together because i want the tax refund, and the amount that i spend is more than few hundred dollars. She keep saying she didnt see it and just left the scene and let other colleague handle the case. Even the other colleague also keep saying the same thing & accused that I am rude. When i started being more firmed & asked for the cctv footage then only they tried to find a solution for me. This is the worst KOTON store that i ever shop for. Fyi, i am one of the frequent customer at KOTON since 10 years ago, but after this incident i don’t think so i will spend my money on this brand anymore. Sometimes it is not only about the money, it is about the attitude and the service that u get."
