Rooftop Galata Photography truly exceeded our expectations. From the start, Simurg was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We chose a customized package, and despite the weather not being ideal (which was beyond anyone’s control), he went above and beyond — gifting us a beautiful dress to ensure the photos still looked stunning, even though it wasn’t part of the package.
Although the package included only a one-way transfer, he kindly arranged our return as well. The entire team made us feel like friends, not just clients. We received all our raw photos on the spot, and while we were supposed to get a limited number of edited shots, Simurg generously edited extra ones and even featured them on Instagram with a shared link — such a thoughtful touch!
