"Today is the second day of my stay, and you're guaranteed the best possible service from a very friendly team. The hotel is located within the castle, so you park your car wherever you find a suitable spot outside. This isn't a negative for the hotel, of course. You can sleep quietly without being exposed to the music of the entertainment venues inside the castle. As you know, the hot city gets lively at night, and you can spend time wandering around the castle. I didn't meet Abdurrahman, whom I contacted before arriving, but with the help of Yağmur, you feel at home. A young woman, whose name I don't know, looks guests in the eye, doing everything she can to ensure your comfort. Thank you, Lotus City, for providing my family with a comfortable, clean, and hygienic stay."

"They truly offer luxury and excellent service for a boutique hotel. It's in a prime location. The hotel entrance offers a stunning view, and you're greeted by the friendly, helpful, and engaging conversations of the people at the door. It felt like I was staying at home, not a hotel. The owners make you feel as if they've known you for years. They're very helpful and direct you to wonderful places to visit. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the rooms are truly captivating. If I'm considering a vacation in Izmir, this will definitely be my go-to hotel again, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. I stayed for a week and had a wonderful stay. Happy holidays to those who are coming! 🙏"
