"Yesterday, my friend and I went to this store to buy a few things for ourselves and our friends. While we were looking at jewelry, I suddenly started to feel dizzy. I realized I was having a major panic attack, complete with a headache and trouble breathing. My friend suggested I sit down on a nearby couch and offered me some tea to help me calm down.

I prefer not to share my personal condition with strangers or make a scene, so I just sat there talking quietly with my friend, trying to compose myself. We were also discussing the items we had seen and what we might want to buy.

At one point, an employee came over and asked if we were waiting for someone. We explained that we were just discussing which of their products we might purchase. A few moments later, she returned, visibly irritated, and asked us again what we were doing. She added that we couldn't just sit there and drink tea. I didn't have the energy to explain, so I simply said, "Okay," and began to get up. The employee just stood there, staring at us judgmentally, until my friend told her we were about to leave.

She then started lecturing us, saying we had the audacity to take our shoes off (which was completely unexpected). She ended her angry speech by saying "PLEASE LEAVE" in a very, very rude tone.

I wasn't in any state to argue or ask for help, so we left. However, I felt so upset about how she had treated us that I decided to go back and tell her that her manner was unacceptable—that it was humiliating, inhumane, and definitely not customer-oriented.

I told her, quite literally, that I hoped she would be kinder to people in the future. She didn't apologize but instead started defending herself again in the same rude and irritated manner, insisting that we were the ones who had behaved inappropriately.

I can't judge the entire store based on this one incident, but I certainly wouldn't wish anyone to have to deal with this particular employee, as her behavior was unacceptable, both for a staff member and for a human being in general. She acted more like an under socialized teenager than an adult capable of basic communication."
