"I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Even the jail's are at better standards
Rooms are dirty, food is bad. Service is terrible. We booked the hotel by looking at photos which were not true. Pool is dirty. Rooms under construction. Towels were dirty. We booked for two nights but checked out after one night. The manager agreed to pay us back for the night we didn't stay but they didn't keep to their word. It's a total disgrace."

"I'll try to be as fair as possible. First of all, I have to say that most of the reviews are fair, but there are some exaggerated reactions. My impressions from a 4-night stay:

Let me start with the beach. It's nice that the hotel has its own quiet beach. The sea first turns into pebbles, then sand, then seaweed. Those who are uncomfortable are advised to wear water shoes. The sea is a bit cold. It's especially cold in Balıkesir, especially in late August and early September. It's also quite windy. There's one food and drink place on the beach, but there's usually no one there. It's just for decoration. :)
We didn't go in the pool. It was cloudy the first day we went. Then, when we checked again on the last day, the water looked clear. We didn't go in because it was too cold.

The location is, yes, it's far from the city centers, near the Devil's Table. Küçükköy, the nearest food and drink area, is a 55-minute walk. Since it's a forested area, walking isn't recommended anyway. :) There are no minibuses. The only option is a taxi. Taxis are usually available, but we found ourselves delayed once. Those without a car or who drink alcohol should take this into consideration.
We didn't stay for dinner, so I can't comment on the dinner. However, breakfast was lackluster. Granted, it's a cheap hotel, so we weren't expecting a huge variety. But it was still limited. Some dishes didn't even have a spoon. That's probably why the sausage sauce and grease were floating around in the boiled eggs. While there wasn't much variety, a little attention could be paid. The taste wasn't bad, by the way. It's quite normal. There are treats, but they're just for show.
Our room was clean when we arrived, and there were no issues with that. It also had a nice view. The balcony was quite adequate.
The reception staff were generally helpful, I have nothing to complain about. However, the service wasn't very good. They didn't come the day we requested room cleaning, but we requested it again the next day, and they did. Our toilet flush broke on the second night of our stay. We requested it twice, but the maintenance team didn't bother to come. We had to use the toilet at the reception, which was clean, by the way. It's usable :) Also, the balcony door in our room was broken, and since it's a windy place, it kept opening and closing. It's like a Dabbe movie vacation :) Joking aside, you wake up just as you're about to fall asleep with the sound of a door slamming shut. We found a solution ourselves, but even after telling them, they didn't address it. They probably send a technical team by courier :)
The hot water pressure is very low. Sometimes there's no hot water, especially during rush hour. The hotel wasn't very crowded, though. This is usually the case in hotels like this, as they use solar heat. I'm not writing this as a complaint. It's mentioned in the reviews, but it's normal.
The elevator is a disaster. The elevator for this huge hotel only has a capacity of three people. The elevator door to our floor wouldn't open often. We had some difficulties because we were on the top floor. Of course, the fact that some people use the elevator even for a few floors, even if it's just a reaction to the movement, plays a role in this. Therefore, it's recommended to choose the lower floors if possible.
In short, if you're going to use the hotel for relaxation, swimming, and sleep, well, it's preferable. Saying "never come" is a harsh comment. You could even come in the winter for a hotel adventure inspired by Russian literature :)"
