There is no secure parking, but there are pay-to-park, spaces in front (if you can get the blasted things to work!), and a paying car park just opposite. This is the old, ticket-issue kind.

"I have a very bad experience here, I tried to call to this hotel to reserve a room for a client of mine, however, the receptionist did not speak English and unfortunately, I do not speak Ukrainian. So that is very unfortunate that a five star hotel does not provide services in English. You lost a customer."

"We arrived late so we go to get dinner in the hotel restaurant at around 9:30 PM, and the waiter was not happy to serves us at this hour ( they close at 10PM), and she was showing us this in the way she served us. But the hotel is nice, clean, large rooms, with a chocolate piece on the pillow. Front desk personnel are very opened, English speaking. Good location."
