"On 11.05.25, my wife and I were walking through the forest and accidentally entered this reserve! I knew about it, but I didn’t know that it was CLOSED!!!! There was an informative sign at the entrance, but it was written in small letters at the bottom of it “entry and entry prohibited” in the forest. The reserve inspectors caught up with us in the field! And they persuaded us to show the documents in action, and said that we would write you an Admin protocol for a minimum of 300 UAH because we would indicate that you walked 200m through the reserve. Well, we agreed! But in court, others told us the prices! The inspectors wrote to us (added them to the documents in court) that we caused damage of 12,000 UAH each!!!!! That's it!!!! By the way, these same inspectors told us that they drive jeeps through the reserve at night and they can't catch them! But it's easy for us (And when they picked us up on the Niva and took us away from the reserve, they caused much more damage to nature and vegetation with their wheels than we did with our boots on the trails 🤬 Question. Does the inspector have a plan?!?! or was the information made so carelessly on purpose?!?! Make prohibitory signs!!! Make a sign that says this is not just a reserve but a "closed type" reserve!!!! And entry is prohibited like on highways! And then the Admin will not draw up protocols for people who did not intend to check the plan!!! I am attaching a photo of the protocol, and a photo of the informative signs!!!!"
