"Before the war there was a great ice arena, but now the windows are broken, the building is empty, no one plays there.. The hockey teams on the poster have been here since 2014. Alas, if public events were once held here regularly, now it is scary to stand next to it, because the second floor of the building is held by support beams so that it does not collapse. I would really like to see such permits restored throughout the city!"
