"Beautiful place to relax! We stayed in a beyond beautiful, luxury suite with a jacuzzi and kingdom like theme. The only down side was that there was not much food variety at the resort. There is only one restaurant that was open on campus and no room service available. Also, everything closed very early. It would be very nice to have room service available for the luxury room. The suite was supposed to be all inclusive, but the there was only 1 bottle of wine and some fruits included in the room cost, all other snacks and drinks in the room were available at additional cost. The restaurant food is included, but the food was not as fresh as expected. The luxury suite also includes a full body massage, which was amazing and relaxing."

"I’m giving 4 stars only because the floor in the changing room was extremely slippery. The cleaning staff made it worse by spreading water around. It was very dangerous to walk on. Please put down some mats to prevent slipping. Also, there should be sandals provided or required before entering the pool area. This needs to be addressed.
Overall, the experience was very good. You can really feel the thermal water in the pool. It was fairly clean, and it was pleasant to spend time there. The water was clear, and the staff was friendly. We had a great time relaxing.
However, I was surprised by how many parents ignored the rules. Children are not allowed in the sauna, but there were too many kids there. I was honestly worried they might overheat. Some parents don’t seem to care about their child’s health, which really shocked me.
It’s a great water park for kids. Everything is on a high level. I recommend it!"
