Strange that you can’t buy tickets online, like he said. Beside that, this old man should keep his side-eyes and attitude a little under control when saying that the tour is in Ukrainian, and tone down his arrogance a bit, especially not act or assume as if an English tour of this museum would be ‘too expensive’ for me, just because he sees a young woman in front of him. Without knowing which or how many languages I speak, or what ticket prices are normal for me. Obviously, the issue wasn’t that it’s ‘expensive’ (which would be ridiculous), but simply that they only accept groups for guided tours. This old cashier really needs to chill out on his funny little high horse or whatever that situation even was for him."
