"The best on the NBU were the architects....unfortunately - after no competent staff anymore occupies this building...their "banking supervision" recognizes failed banks after their doors are closed, their "payment-division" manages to confuse any participant of international transactions to be every month more confused and their commemorative-coin-department is a black box at its best...maybe better for all citizens to introduce another currency of competent national banks, like Equador or Montenegro did?"
