"2018. Many years ago Poltava was a beautiful city, but unfortunately, in recent years or even decades, like many other cities in Ukraine, it has suffered from noticeable decay and neglect. Even at the heart of the city you will see broken roads and dilapidated buildings are quite common. However, there are still enjoyable experiences to be had. Visitors can take pleasant walks through the parks, savor the offerings of some restaurants, and enjoy breathtaking views from Ivanova Gora.
Despite its current state Poltava still manages to exude the authentic spirit of Ukraine. The city holds unique charm that reflects the history and culture of this region. While the neglect is evident, there is an undeniable allure in experiencing a place with such a strong connection to the country's heritage.

Usually government offices are located near each city center. Around Poltava city center there are different offices like UKR Telecom, Mayer office, Land and building office, Address registration office, Law enforcement agency office, UKR Post office, Versal Club and Restaurant, Oshchad Bank, Poltava Bank and many other offices."
