"Kemp's Island is a wonderful place. Unfortunately, it has been closed to the public for over eight years. You can only get there by yourself, so it's a place where privacy lovers hang out and leave piles of trash. The city has a bunch of ideas for what to do with the island, but nothing is happening yet.
