Reviews Summary

Visitors often praise the Yaremche Souvenir Market for its vibrant atmosphere and wide selection of traditional Carpathian crafts, including textiles and wooden items. Many appreciate the opportunity to find unique gifts and experience local culture. However, some reviews caution about the presence of mass-produced goods and the difficulty in finding parking and restrooms.

"Souvenir Market of Yaremche is usually a very busy place. It is open till about 4-5 pm in summer time and till about 3 pm in winter. It stretches on both sides of the river. There are many vendors with numerous souvenirs from embroideried clothes, rushnyky and table cloths to wooden boxes, painted eggs, kitchenware and toys, from handmade soap to mountain tea, local honey and moonshine and liqueurs. Everyone will find something to buy. Prices are moderate. But go wind and check in various places, plus, mix that some things are not handmade, they might be produced in China. But others are handmade and are of high quality. So, just ask the vendors. The bridge that connects two sides of the market opens great view of the waterfall. Note that it's a bit hard to find the parking, so you will need to ask for the way to get there, it's tricky. And it's hard to find a bathroom, you will probably have to go to the restaurant there."

"very beautiful town, huge option for traditional gifts and clothes, I just have same note: they don't have proper roads and parking placed to reach the beautiful nature they have, no special trails not special places to park cars, the old only plus in the country: the beautiful raw nature, they really need a very long effort if they dream about Europe union 🙏🫡...."
