Pick was on time
On Arrival we were met with staff who immediately offered headwear in various colours- no costs were mentioned and all of us thought it was either a gift or a loan for the trip - until they asked for *50dirams per person! After a discussion this was sorted.
As other gusts arrive you are free to wander the venue, including camel ride , quad bikes, or sand boarding!!
Then you return to the vehicle and are treated to an outstanding experience of highly skilled driving.
The food on return to camp is outstanding as is the entertainment and staff

"This desert trip to the Bedouin Oasis Camp with Gulf Tours was the absolute highlight of our time in the UAE. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all expectations.
We received a confirmation the day before with all the details, and the pickup from our hotel lobby was punctual to the minute. Our driver was incredibly friendly and considerate—checking that we were comfortable during the journey and making us feel at ease right away.
The experience itself was outstanding. From traditional Arabic coffee and fresh dates to the incredible belly dancing performance, everything was delivered with warmth and authenticity. The camp had a peaceful and respectful vibe—unlike some experiences in North Africa where sales pressure can spoil the mood, here no one was pushy or intrusive. It made a huge difference.
Dinner was served later in the evening, and it was delicious—clearly homemade, fresh, and full of flavour. Every dish was beautifully prepared and added to the richness of the experience.
The staff deserve a special mention—not only were they welcoming and hospitable, but the fact they do all this with a smile in such extreme heat is truly admirable. Their kindness and professionalism made the night even more memorable.
