"My daughter had the most amazing birthday party at Aquafun. We stayed for most of the day and still the girls didn’t want to go home! The private lifeguard Mustafa that followed the group during the party hours was amazing with them. Not just supervising but also entertaining them!

"We had a lot of fun at the Aquafun Dubai at JBR. Many different obstacle, some are quit difficult to enter.
The lifeguard and personal were very friendly.
Lifejackets and Aquasocks included.
We liked that adventure and sqy thank you to the whole staff."

"We were so excited to visit the place despite the reviews written.
We went there a group of adults with kids and here is my feedback:
1- Only one cashier is there,we had to wait for few minutes for her to come.
2- There is around 3 changing rooms inside the place - note there is no AC inside.
3- They dont offer a validation for the underground parking.
4- We haven’t been provided with safety socks- we were requesting the staff when we were on the park to get us. The park floor is so slippery when you are not wearing a socks which may lead to falls.
5- The waterpark is great palace but you need to really be careful if you have kids. You may get a scratch or more just take care.
6- Esaad discount is available.
7- Staff on the selling area are a bit rude, we gave them a Stainless Steel Water Bottle to keep it in the refrigerator, however at the time we wanted to leave the asian guy behind the table near the life jackets didn’t know where is it. So i went by my self to check where is it, then an African guy showed up and he was so upset and touched me on the tip of my shoulder. I was really so annoyed from this.
8- They provide you with a number of open boxes to hold your items, they dont really have lockers.
9- To be honest with the rate of the ticket the minimum thing I was excepting to find is a place to shower. They dont have it. You need to go to the public paid shower to shower."
