He is tall, friendly, polite and truly service-oriented. What impressed us most was the extra effort he put into his service… when repeating our orders, he didn’t just say them back plainly. Instead, he rephrased them thoughtfully for each of us, showing great attention to detail and communication skills.
He was also very patient in answering all our questions, even personal ones like his age and hometown, and he handled everything with a warm smile.
On top of that, he guided us on what paired well with what… for example, recommending nuts with yogurt, which really enhanced our dining experience.
When we asked about the honey served, he even brought out the premium option so the girls could compare the difference between the normal and the better one.
These small gestures show how much he genuinely cares about giving guests the best experience.
