I’ve never been treated so poorly at a hookah café. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted like they couldn’t care less about the customers. When I tried to speak to the owner, things somehow got even worse — completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and arrogant.
You’d expect at least basic courtesy when you’re paying to relax and enjoy your time, but that’s clearly not a priority here. The whole vibe is ruined by bad attitudes and zero customer service. Save your money and go somewhere that actually appreciates its customers."
