"The shower facilities require a reservation, but they are very basic, just a tiny shower room where even a carry-on suitcase can’t be opened. Toothbrushes and shower caps must be requested separately from the staff, which is a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the lounge offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and the food is quite good. Located in Concourse C, the lounge spans two floors with plenty of seating, so finding a spot is rarely an issue. The downside is that the smoking room on the second floor isn’t separated, and since the quiet area is also upstairs, it’s easy to notice the smell of smoke while resting. However, blankets are available upon request in the quiet area, which made it much more comfortable for me to get some proper sleep during a long layover."

The lounge is exactly what you’d expect from Emirates—spacious and luxurious. Seating is very comfortable and equipped with wireless charging and standard three-pin plugs. The large area feels open with no crowding worries. Natural skylights in the center and big viewing windows along the side keep the space bright during the day, leaving no dark corners. Showers and plenty of toilets are also available.

The food selection was amazing, offering everything from Western dishes to finger foods and desserts. I tried the salmon, which was excellent. The ice cream stand was a nice bonus. Drink options were plentiful, including a wide wine selection, juices, and sparkling or still water.

Service was okay but a bit casual—the buffet staff were chatting among themselves and seemed nonchalant. However, when informed about an issue with a dish stuck in the warming pot, they fixed it promptly.
