That said, lately there have been some issues that are really hard to ignore. Ever since they launched their new drink, the place has been constantly crowded (which is great for them!), but it’s become very clear that they’re short-staffed. The most frustrating part is the phone situation—no one answers. At all. You call to place an order or check something and it just rings endlessly. I’ve even seen staff mute the phone right in front of me. It’s honestly disappointing.
We love FLTR. We’re loyal. But please—either hire more staff or have someone consistently answer the phone. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference for your regulars. We want you to succeed, so please fix this. 🙏"
