"I bought my coupon on groupon which was so efficient. We walked in with my patner and upon seeing the videos on display my heart started pumping fast its normal as its a horror house.I have visited two more haunted house and escape rooms but the customer service was top notch unlike this place the stuff didnt make an effort to assure me that is just a normal scare and nothing to worry about. I tried to say am afraid but the receptionist or cashier just said it fun and I can see you camera when you raise your hand and he was eating there while talking to us. So I just got in and felt overwhelmed and raised my hands up music stopped and I walked out. My patner tried doing it along and also felt overwhelmed they opened and he was out. No staff member asked him why he came out . Like there was no concern at all. I never got to experience this haunted house. In my line of work We make sure to convience and make the client comfortable to try new stuff but we felt nothing like that there. I will continue trying other scare houses but this one zero recommendation"
