Just 15 minutes before your scheduled time is fine. Book ahead. It wasn’t busy but advance booking is best. The video gives you an idea of what to do but the instructor reviews everything and they give you lots of tips and help once you’re in the chamber. Hubby said it’s a little hard to catch on when you aren’t flexible lol. Granddaughter caught on immediately."
